How do eggs work in Steal An Egg?

Eggs spawn in nests inside each biome, guarded by that zone’s creature. You run in, grab one, and carry it back to your base incubator, where it hatches into a pet that earns money every second. The egg’s rarity and biome decide what hatches; a mutated shell or a large size roll multiplies the result.

Each biome has its own egg pool, from the Forest’s Common eggs up to Cherry Blossom’s Sakura-line eggs. The table lists the rarity range you can expect and the headline hatch from each zone.

How often do eggs respawn?

Common and Uncommon nests refill almost immediately, so the Forest is always farmable. Rare and higher eggs run on a confirmed five-minute cycle per nest — if a Mythic nest is empty, note the time and return in five minutes rather than idling. On busy servers you are competing with up to six other players for each spawn, so server-hopping to a quieter lobby is a legitimate tactic.

What are Secret eggs and how do I find them?

Secret eggs are the rarest spawn in a biome and hatch its top earner (Cerberus in Volcano, El Maja in Abyss Ocean, Oni Tiger in Cherry Blossom). How does egg weight affect my escape?

Bigger and rarer eggs are heavier and cut your carry speed. Meeting the biome’s Speed gate is enough to enter, but a Legendary egg can drop you below the guardian’s pace. Community guidance is to have double the gate before farming top-tier eggs in a zone. Which egg colours mean a mutation?

A Silver, Golden or Rainbow tint on the shell means the egg already carries a mutation that multiplies the hatched pet’s income (1.25x / 2x / 2.5x).
