What is the best pet in Steal An Egg?

Do pets earn money while I am offline?

Pets earn every second while you are in the server. Income does not accrue while you are offline, so longer sessions or AFK treadmill time are how most players bank cash.

How do pets work in Steal An Egg?

Every egg you steal and hatch becomes a pet. Pets sit in your Pen and generate money every second; the total across all equipped pets is your income. Higher-rarity pets from later biomes earn exponentially more, and a mutation or a Huge size roll multiplies that base value. Pen capacity limits how many pets earn at once, so upgrade it early.

What are the pet rarities?

There are eight standard tiers plus Divine for the Cosmic biome’s top pet. Rarity determines both the base income band and how often the egg spawns.

Which pets should I prioritise?

Chase the highest-income pet your Speed lets you steal safely, not the rarest name. Early on, a mutated Common can out-earn an unmutated Rare, so keep Silver and Golden eggs even from the Forest. Once you reach Jungle, stack Mythic pets (Spider, King Snake) before pushing to Cosmic-tier targets — the pet tier list ranks every stage.

Can I upgrade a pet I already own?

Yes, through the Fuse Machine. Three copies of the same pet fuse into one higher-rarity version that earns more than all three combined.
